Our Story
At Graceful Living & Care, our mission is to Redefine What's Possible—what's possible for the participant in their life, what's possible for the way the participant contributes to society, and what's possible for the interactions and experiences that family members and friends of the participant have with them. We believe that by challenging the status quo, we can help participants live their most liberated and fulfilling lives.
Mission
Sam's personal mission is deeply rooted in his experience as the brother of Shalom, an NDIS participant for over fourteen years. Born with Down Syndrome and a congenital heart condition, Shalom's journey has profoundly shaped Sam's life. Witnessing the challenges Shalom faced in accessing quality care ignited a passion to create a service that would empower individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. As one of the founders, Sam is dedicated to delivering exceptional support that redefines what is possible for NDIS participants.
How It Started
Graceful Living & Care is a family endeavor that I started with my mother, who is an APRA Registered Nurse with a Master's in Advanced Nursing (Education, Leadership, and Management) and over 20 years of experience, including 12 years in Australia. Together, we are committed to making a difference.
